January 2014 Glossybox Review

I decided in December that the January Glossybox was going to be the last box that I received from my subscription. I had some glossy points to use up and so I didn't have to pay for this month's one - and I am SO glad that I didn't pay for it, as I reckon it's the worst box I have received since joining over a year ago.

I don't think I'm the only one who was disappointed this month - in fact the best thing about the Glossybox this month was the box itself! And the lovely ribbon!

Anyway I shall show you what I got inside;

Yu-Be Moisturising Skin Cream - Two little samples of this; it is meant to help protect against the elements.

Balance Me Super Toning Body Wash - This is meant to give a morning boost to your skin. I quite like the idea of this, but again just a little sample given.

The Vintage Cosmetic Company Tweezers (£8.00) - Already have these tweezers, but I guess it's nice to have a spare pair. They are nice to use, but not as good as my Jemma Kidd tweezers which are my fave for getting the really tiny hairs.

Anatomicals Puffy The Eye Bag Slayer Wake-Up Under Eye Patches - So I originally thought this was a full product, but actually I only got 2 sachets inside (£6.00 for a pack of 3). I've not used this yet, but it is meant to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and revitalise the skin around the eyes.

And finally,

Vaseline Essential Moisture Lotion - Again a small sample, but I did actually want to try this product.

So there we are - a very disappointing box this month! I does kinda seem like they got given lots of freebies and just passed them to us. After getting this box, I really wasn't that sad to end my subscription. What did you think of the box this month? Did you get anything better?
